We love breathwork because it is such an effective way to access your inner power and get to know yourself on an energetic and spiritual level.  When you consciously change your breathing pattern and focus all of your attention on your breath, you get a well deserved break from your thinking brain and you become present and grounded in your body in a really beautiful way. Its an experience you have to try to fully understand.
